Shipping policy

Regular Orders

All orders are shipped via UPS and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days after we have dropped your package off with UPS. Regular shipping is shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order have Been processed.

Glam Express Orders

Glam Express orders are processed within 24hrs and ships  immediately for you to receive your order within 2 to 5 business days.

 

Overnight Shipping

Over Night Shipping is calculated at check out and we process and ship your order within 24 hrs of receiving your order.

Special Order Items

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS will ship on or before the descriptions listed on the items. Please make sure your read the description carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Delays

On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This may be typically due to routing errors or congestion during holiday season. Orders placed over the weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost/Stolen Packages

NIKOLE KING GLAM BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO UPS ERRORS. NIKOLE KING GLAM BOUTIQUE DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS NOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENTS.......SORRY!!! WE WILL HELP YOU TROUBLESHOOT THE ISSUE BUT WE ARE UNFORTUNATELY NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS NOT MADE BY US AS A BUSINESS.

 

Combining Orders

WE ARE NO LONGER CREDITING COMBINED ORDERS WITH REFUNDS OR GLAM BUCKS. TO COMBINE YOUR ORDERS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDERS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. To ensure that your order is properly received and delivered within the alloment time that we promise, please make sure that you use the correct spelling of your address in its entirety. WE DO NO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCORRECT INFORMATION ENTERED BY YOU AS THE CUSTOMER. If the package is returned back to us for a non-deliverable address we will issue you GLAM BUCKS (store Credit) for the net price of your order minus the shipping fee. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you refuse any shipments from NKGB, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise credit.
